Rentals& Training Available

We are a move and shoot range. Distances from 1 foot to 1 mile.

Special : Shooting instruction $135 per hour 2 hour min per person. Includes firearm (if you do not have one) Range transportation, Targets, Eyes and Ears. Ammo is on you. Good till 25 March 2024.

Childern are welcome. We have firearms for teens and preteens available.

Reservations are Required day before. If called in by 0800 same day we maybe able to make a reservation that day. Convenience may be applied. If you do not have a good 4x4 vehicle, we can take you up. A fee maybe charged. We are not a walk on range. Reservations are required.
Be advise a late fee of $100 will be added if later than 20 minutes and every 20 minutes. Please do not be late. We make the time for you.

  • We offer security training for teams protecting Churches and Synagogues at reduced rates. Our tactical range available if you wish to do your own training. Over 110 metal targets.
  • We can only take5 people at a time on our mountain range if you do not have a good 4x4. If you have your own 4 wheel drive vehicle, we may allow more. Last 2 miles of road is rocky dirt road.

 Mountain Range:
Elevation 6000 to 6600 feet. 110 plus targets. Located 25 miles north of Reno/Sparks. Directions provided at time of reservation. You need a good 4x4 vehicle. If you do not have one, we can take you up. 1.2 Mile Range is now available.

Range Rental Fees:

$135 minimum charge for 2 hours up to 2 people. $30 /hr/pp after that. Additional people are $50 per hour. We have group training packages available. You need to ask. Children 6yo and up are welcome if they follow instructions and are well behaved.We have firearms just for children if required. If packages are purchased, fees and per hour may be waived. We will supply one handgun rifle per person per range rental upon request. Ammo is on you. The range is at 6000 to 6600 feet elevation. If you need firearms ask. We may have it available . If this it fees are too high, tell me your story and I may be flexable.

Range Information:
Range includes 110 plus metal targets including reaction pistol targets. This is a tactical range. Move and shoot is allowed. Drawing from holster is allowed. Fast shooting is allowed. We have timers and range finders available upon request. We also have paper targets if requested. $2 per target. Targets ranging from 2 feet to 1600 yards. Range master on site for safety and assistance. Instruction is extra and advice is included at no charge. Transportation to the range from parking area is also included. If you have a high clearance 4wd vehicle you maybe able to bring it up to the range. We have on site range parking.

Additional range information: Private range for up to 4. If you have a good clearance 4 wheel drive we may allow additional people. Different shooting locations with different distances. Shooting distances from 1 yards to 1500 yards. We will provide one firearm. Additional firearms are available upon prior arrangements. The ammo is on you. Bring a lunch/snack , water and a camera. No one else offers a shooting experience like this. Views of Reno, the Sierras and Pyramid Lake from one location. Range rental is available at $1000 per day 8 hours usage. If a second day is need we do provide a reduce rate. Maximum of 4 people. You need to provide insurance coverage.
